The most stylish and fashionable charity gala in Miami Beach is the annual Hearts & Stars Gala by the The Little Lighthouse Foundation. The 2016 Gala was themed Venetian Carnival and held on March 12th at the brand new Island Gardens and The Deck at Island Gardens.
This Miami event hosted 1,200 guests and featured a top shelf open bar including Ketel One, Johnnie Walker, Ron Zacapa and Don Julio. Guests enjoyed tastings from some of South Florida’s top restaurants and caterers, such as French 27 in South Beach. Besides dancing the night away, the revelers enjoyed casino style gambling and sexy painted dancers.
The evening’s Keener Matching Grant program brought multiple donors onto the “Stage of Legends”, raising over $100,000 towards Little Lighthouse Foundation programming. LLF assists South Florida children and their families who struggle with educational, financial and medical hardships.
